Since you have the router or table saw set up, why not work on the rear door also? Begin by setting the router or saw blade to 1″ deep, you will need two (2) 12′ (3600mm) planks. As before, rip each plank separately and label to avoid mixing pieces up.
Cut two panel sheets from a plywood sheet as 3′-4″ x 1′-4¾”. Check the pieces and make sure they come together as shown below. If everything is in order, run a bead of glue down each of the grooves and assemble around the panel as before. Repeat this process for the second side of the door.
